Return Overview
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging (box, pouch, and all included materials)
- Free of scratches, tarnish, or signs of wear
- Returned with all components included
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, craftsmanship, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional clearance items
- Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide return instructions and authorization
- Carefully package your item to ensure safe return shipping
- Ship your item using a trackable shipping method
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost return shipments
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved
This ensures the fastest possible fulfillment and availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging each order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist you efficiently, please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank for additional processing delays

Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
Final Sale Policy
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
